High School Football Scores in Cleveland – Week 8
This week in Cleveland, high school football brought excitement and some surprising results in the Northeast Ohio area. With plenty of action on the field, fans were treated to thrilling games and impressive performances.
In the Chagrin Valley Conference, Chagrin Division, Hawken dominated Orange with a final score of 50 to 13. Lutheran West narrowly edged past West Geauga, winning 23 to 20. Meanwhile, in the Metro Division, Cuyahoga Heights also claimed a big victory with a score of 39 to 6 against Beachwood.
Moving to the Valley Division, Kirtland shut out Chagrin Falls with a commanding score of 49 to 0. In the Cleveland West Conference, Buckeye showcased its strength by overwhelming Normandy with a score of 59 to 13.
In other notable games, North Olmsted defeated Bay in a tight match, finishing with 14 to 10. Rocky River managed to hold off Westlake for a 28 to 19 victory. Strongsville made a significant mark in the Greater Cleveland Conference with a decisive 50 to 0 win over Shaker Heights.
Within the Lake Erie League, Maple Heights came out on top against Bedford with a score of 40 to 6, while East Tech achieved a solid victory in the Senate Athletic League, defeating John F. Kennedy 32 to 8.
