This week in Michigan, high school football has seen some incredible action in Week 5 of the season. Teams across the state have been battling it out under the Friday night lights, showcasing their skills and determination.

In a thrilling game, Atlanta dominated Posen with a staggering score of 72-36. The powerful performance put Atlanta firmly in the spotlight. Similarly, Pewamo-Westphalia displayed their strength by overwhelming Potterville, finishing with an impressive tally of 73-0.

Other notable scores include Grosse Pointe South triumphing over Roseville with a scoreline of 38-21, while Northview came away with a notable win against Thornapple Kellogg, sealing the game at 72-24.

Meanwhile, teams such as Beal City, Flushing, and Freeland also enjoyed significant victories, with scores of 52-8, 60-0, and 64-0 respectively. The action was wide-ranging, and excitement surged through the crowds at various stadiums.

Even tight matches kept fans on the edge of their seats, such as Brother Rice’s nail-biting win against St. John’s Jesuit with a close score of 22-21, and Grand Ledge edging out Lansing Waverly at 37-22.
