The festival promises a day filled with creativity, innovation, and lots of hands-on fun tailored for families and students alike!

A Community Collaboration

This vibrant festival is the result of a fantastic collaboration between Laurens County School Districts 55 and 56, the City of Laurens, and South Carolina First Steps. Together, they are providing a platform for local students to showcase their talents and hard work in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics—affectionately referred to as STEAM.

Engaging Activities Await

Expect to be dazzled by an array of activities featuring over 30 local businesses and organizations setting up engaging learning stations throughout the square. This moment will be led by the festival’s organizers, emphasizing the importance of support for the arts in the community.

Spotlighting Student Work

This event serves as a wonderful opportunity for students from LCSD55 and LCSD56 to display their artistic creations. Visitors can expect to see an impressive collection of artwork representing the dedication and hard work of young local artists. Furthermore, attendees will also get to meet members of the Laurens Middle School Robotics Team as well as explore the new STEM bus from LCSD55. Talk about a fun way to learn about robotics and engineering!

A Free Family-Friendly Experience
