The Union Job Fair on April 1 brings together various companies, while the Marysville Job Fair on April 17 focuses on local district opportunities. Both events offer great networking chances for job seekers.
Hey there, residents of Union and Marysville! If you’re on the lookout for new job opportunities, you’re in luck. This April, two fantastic job fairs are set to take place in your area, and you won’t want to miss them!
First up, mark your calendars for April 1, 2025! From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Main Street Junction in Union will play host to an incredible job fair featuring a variety of companies and organizations from across the Upstate region. This event is a collaborative effort brought to you by SC Works Greater Upstate, the City of Union, the University of South Carolina Union, and the hardworking Goodwill Community Workforce Development Team.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or someone looking to switch careers, this job fair aims to bring together job seekers with potential employers. It’s a great chance to explore various career paths and learn about exciting roles in your community. So, don’t forget to dress professionally and bring multiple copies of your resume — you want to make a great first impression!
But wait, there’s more! Just a couple of weeks later, on April 17, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, another job fair will be held at 212 Chestnut Street in Marysville, OH. This event, organized by Marysville Schools, aims to connect candidates with job openings right in the district. This is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions, network with the right people, and gain valuable insights into available positions.
If you’re interested in attending the Marysville job fair, feel free to reach out to the HR Department at 937-578-6100 or check out their opportunities on the Human Resources website. And just like the Union job fair, remember to come dressed for success and armed with several copies of your resume. It’s all about making connections!
Speaking of job fairs, the recent Pathways to Employment Job Fair held on March 10, 2025, at Warinanco Sports Center in Roselle was a whopping success! Hosted by the Union County Board of County Commissioners and the American Job Center, this free event welcomed all Union County residents to explore job opportunities. With over 30 companies participating from various industries, including FedEx, American Red Cross, Port Authority, and the U.S. Navy, it provided a fantastic platform for local job seekers.
The enthusiastic participation in the Pathways to Employment Job Fair showcased a commitment to helping residents secure meaningful jobs and contributing positively to the local economy. Though registration for that event was not required, it was encouraged to plan ahead and maximize networking opportunities.
As we gear up for these upcoming job fairs, here are a couple of friendly reminders: Always dress in professional attire, as first impressions matter, and make sure to bring plenty of resumes — you never know how many opportunities might pop up! Whether you’re in Union or Marysville, now is the time to put your best foot forward and take advantage of these amazing events.
So gather your materials, get ready to meet potential employers, and maybe even land that dream job you’ve been chasing after. Good luck and happy job hunting!
