Arlington, VA – This upcoming week, local high schools in Arlington are gearing up for an exciting lineup of sports events as the winter season continues to progress. The boys’ basketball teams will see plenty of action this week, kicking off with a game between Jefferson and Yorktown on Friday at 7:30 p.m. Other notable matchups include Oakton visiting Washington-Liberty at the same time. The girls’ basketball teams will also be on display, with Yorktown heading to Jefferson and Wakefield competing against South County>, both scheduled for Friday evening.
