High School Football Playoffs Heat Up in Southeast Texas
Friday night was an exciting one for high school football fans in Southeast Texas as the playoffs continued with several teams battling it out for victory. Many local schools showcased impressive performances on the field.
In Port Neches, the Port Neches-Groves team took down Hallsville with a strong score of 43 to 20. Meanwhile, Port Arthur Memorial dominated Galena Park, ending the game with an impressive shutout of 70 to 0. This performance really showed the strength of Port Arthur’s offense.
The players from Nederland also had a great night, delivering a solid win against Texarkana with a score of 56 to 14. In another matchup, Lindale managed to defeat Little Cypress-Mauriceville with a score of 49 to 21, showcasing their offensive power.
