High School Sports Results: Exciting Matchups in the Tri-State

The latest round of high school sports delivered some thrilling games across the Tri-State, showcasing impressive performances from several teams.

West Clermont Dominates Turpin

In a standout performance, West Clermont crushed Turpin with a final score of 65-22. The victory improved West Clermont’s record to 7-0 overall and 4-0 in the Eastern Cincinnati Conference (ECC). Jake Fender led the scoring with 19 points, while Anthony Hale contributed 15 points and Devin Lowe added 8 points. On the other hand, Turpin struggled, dropping to 0-8 and 0-4 in the ECC.

Milford Overcomes Loveland

Milford secured a solid 50-25 victory over Loveland. With this win, Milford now stands at 4-1 overall and 3-1 in the ECC. Key players for Milford included Jaden Shuluga, who led with 16 points, while Loveland’s top scorer was Carissa Lee with only 5 points.

Close Clash Between Lakota West and Sycamore

The game between Lakota West and Sycamore showcased a nail-biting finish, with Lakota West narrowly edging out Sycamore with a score of 48-46. The win brings Lakota West’s record to 3-4 and 3-2 in the Greater Miami Conference (GMC).

Other Notable Results

In other games, Goshen defeated New Richmond with a score of 60-33, and Wyoming claimed a victory over Roger Bacon at 50-35. Fenwick also had a strong showing against Edgewood, winning 61-30.

Bowling Matches

The bowling teams were also active this week. Mercy McAuley beat Mason with a score of 2204-2137, while Walnut Hills scored 2191 against Anderson’s 1994. Reading continued their excellent form as they came up on top against Wyoming with a strong lead of 2390-1190.
