Checkers & Rally’s Launches New Location in Columbia, South Carolina as Part of Expansion Strategy

Checkers & Rally’s Expands Footprint in South Carolina

Columbia, South Carolina – Checkers and Rally’s, commonly known for their drive-in restaurants chain, have taken a significant expansion step by opening their newest location in Columbia, South Carolina. This move signifies an exciting component of their ongoing expansion strategy in the United States.

The celebrated grand opening of the restaurant is a result of a collaboration between the Checkers and Rally’s and The Falcons Group, a prominent franchisee group that owns several distinguished brands, including Dunkin’, TGI Fridays, and Qdoba. With the cutting-edge facility in Columbia, the group’s portfolio grows to around 90 diverse locations.

Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony Marks New Beginning

A grand ribbon-cutting ceremony held last week marked the beginning of a new chapter for Checkers and Rally’s in South Carolina. The first hundred guests were also rewarded with a coupon for a free popular Big Buford menu item, adding to the enthusiasm and excitement of the event. The move has been received favorably, heightening the much-needed vibrancy and spirit in the local community.

Shamsu Charania, CEO of The Falcons Group, voiced his optimism for the future, stating, “Bringing Checkers and Rally’s to Columbia is indeed an exciting new venture for our team and the brand. Attracted by the bold flavors and genuine appeal, we look forward to serving delicious food to our customers. On top of this, the main aim is to create strong ties and memorable experiences for our guests, thus becoming an integral part of this lively community.”

Future Expansion Plans

The launch in South Carolina is only part of the expansion plan. Charania revealed that The Falcons Group plans to open more than fifty Checkers and Rally’s locations in the future. This determination spells a promising prospect for Checkers and Rally’s, a brand that already operates more than 800 restaurants in the United States.
