Anderson County Coroner Identifies Victims in Separate Early Morning Crashes

ANDERSON, S.C. – Two separate early morning collisions claimed the lives of two individuals on Wednesday, leading to an investigation by the Anderson County Coroner’s Office, it was confirmed earlier today. The victims have been identified as 43-year-old Nicholas Brett Dowis and 22-year-old Quintarius Tyshaun Holloway.

The first accident occurred around 5 a.m. when motorcyclist Dowis was making a turn onto Brown Road from Twin Lakes Drive. According to the coroner’s report, he collided with a full-size SUV and died from blunt force trauma. The coroner’s office informed that the investigations into both fatal crashes are ongoing, and the causes remain undetermined. While facts are being gathered and forensic reports await, the residents of Anderson County are urged to exercise caution while on the road, especially during early morning hours, when visibility can be reduced.

Safety Concerns and Measures
